In recent years, natural disasters have become increasingly frequent across the globe. In Hong Kong, the severe effects of recent storm and typhoon have vividly demonstrated the power and challenges posed by nature, making it impossible for us to continue to ignore environmental issues.
‘Eco-Echoes in the Dark’ invites you to join us in exploring climate change, social inclusion and climate justice within our specially designed complete darkness setting. Through interactions in the dark, participants will journey on an immersive experience, stepping into the shoes of a visually impaired individual to feel a deep connection with nature and extreme weather.
The tour highlights the vital intersection of climate change, social inclusion, and climate justice. The experience uncovers the critical, often invisible information barriers that Visually Impaired individuals are facing, as well as their inadvertent exclusion from standard green infrastructures. As an inspiring learning experience, we explore to bridge these systemic accessibility gaps, echoing the call for climate action while championing true climate equality, sparking lasting reflection and contemplation.
By empathizing and leaving assumptions aside, revelations await around every corner. Into the unknown you go – the lights are out and a whole new perspective awaits within the tour.

- All visitors are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience time.
- Late-comers will not be admitted once the experience starts.
