Severe Weather Arrangement

Dialogue In The Dark Jockey Club Dialogue Experience Place Opening Arrangements

Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3 / Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning

Exhibition remains open.

Black Rainstorm Warning

If the warning issued during opening hours, the exhibition will remain open with limited services.
If the warning issued before the exhibition opens, the exhibition will remain closed and be opened with limited services 3 hours after the warning is lowered.

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above

If the signal issued during opening hours, the exhibition will be closed.
If the signal issued before the exhibition opens, the exhibition will remain closed and be opened 3 hours after the signal is lowered.
If the signal issued or remained in effect at or after 4pm, the exhibition will be closed.

Experiential Activities Arrangements Under Severe Weather Conditions

If the warning signal is in force 3 hours before the experiential activities, the following arrangements will be adopted:

Group refers to any reservation by organizations / persons with 17 or above participants, including Dark, Silence, Digital experience or any kind of workshops.
We will contact individual participants or group representatives by telephone / email to provide the latest information of the tour/workshop as soon as possible.

Reschedule arrangement:
Individual: Effective date of purchased experience tickets will be automatically extended to 14 days.
Group: Within 3 months from the date of the original scheduled experience activities.

Remark 1:
The warning signal is in force 3 hours before the activities Or the Education BureauBD has announced class suspension.
