Have you ever felt unsettled all day by a lingering dream? Do you want to understand what your subconscious is reflecting about your innermost self? Dialogue in the Dark presents a special 15 years anniversary workshop, “Dialogue with Dreams,” hosted by celebrity, Monita. This workshop will take you deep into your soul for an intimate dialogue with your true self.
The workshop will take place in complete darkness. Although this dialogue will be conducted without a beam of light, you will focus on truly listening to your own voice. In the pitch-black environment, every participant loses their sense of sight, allowing you to let go of prejudices and misunderstandings, and engage in conversations with others and yourself in an inclusive and equal space.
In the midst of our hectic lives, we often unconsciously build up pressure and stress, while inadvertently neglecting our own vulnerable selves along the way. Coach Monita will guide you through mindfulness in the dark with singing bowls, helping to release the suppressed emotions, and rediscovering the self that has been buried away.

Notes to Participants
- The workshop will be conducted in complete darkness. Due to safety considerations, participants must use the yoga mats and blocks provided by the organizers, and are not allowed to bring their own yoga mats or blocks.
- Participants are advised to bring their own jackets and, if necessary, a towel or blanket.
- Participants should not wear any light-emitting or illuminated devices or apparel on the day of the workshop.
- Free secure lockers will be provided to keep your personal belongings. Bringing phones into the workshop is strictly prohibited.
- Photography or recording is prohibited during the workshop.
- If fewer than six people register for the workshop five days before it starts, the event will be canceled, and refunds will be arranged.
- Highly recommend to reserve tickets in advance as capacity is limited.
- Experience is conducted in Cantonese. Please Contact us for English or Mandarin arrangements.
- For any special assistance like a wheelchair, please study the Special Needs Visit Arrangements or contact us.
- The following participants are NOT allowed to join the experience due to safety concerns:
- Pregnancy
- With heart disease or related diseases
- With Claustrophobia
- Severe mental illness / mental retardation / autism
- Feeling uncomfortable, taking medicine or alcoholic drinks before tour
- Persons paying concessionary rate may be requested by us to produce a valid document for verification of eligibility. E.g. HKID, Student Card, Registration Card for People with Disabilities etc.
- All visitors are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience time.
- Late-comers will not be admitted once the experience starts.
