Responsibilities

Provide the highest Level of Personalized Customer services and communications

Provide expeditious, timely and courteous handling of all customer questions and requests

To handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases via different channel (e.g. online chat, call, email and facebook)
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE above with 1-2 years customer services or online customer services experience
- Pleasant, positive and willing to work as a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good communication skill and customer service skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Shift hours: any 8 hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Work 5 days a week
- Shift duty is required on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday
This position will be under HOME+ e-commerce platform.
