Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest Level of Personalized Customer services and communications

  • Provide expeditious, timely and courteous handling of all customer questions and requests

  • To handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases via different channel (e.g. online chat, call, email and facebook)

Requirements
  • Form 5 / DSE above with 1-2 years customer services or online customer services experience
  • Pleasant, positive and willing to work as a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good communication skill and customer service skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Shift hours: any 8 hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Work 5 days a week
  • Shift duty is required on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday

This position will be under HOME+ e-commerce platform.
