Responsibilities
- Arrange daily customer orders into set routes and arrange delivery with couriers
- Follow up with shops on order related issues
- Coordinate with suppliers on stock replenishment
- Prepare sales and order fulfillment reports
- Answer customers’ inquiries
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE above with 1-2 years working experience
- Pleasant, positive and willing to work as a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good communication skill and customer service skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Shift hours: any 8 hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Work 5 days a week
- Shift duty is required on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday
This position will be under HOME+ e-commerce platform.
