Operation Executive (eCommerce Platform)

Responsibilities
  • Arrange daily customer orders into set routes and arrange delivery with couriers
  • Follow up with shops on order related issues
  • Coordinate with suppliers on stock replenishment
  • Prepare sales and order fulfillment reports
  • Answer customers’ inquiries
Requirements
  • Form 5 / DSE above with 1-2 years working experience
  • Pleasant, positive and willing to work as a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good communication skill and customer service skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Shift hours: any 8 hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Work 5 days a week
  • Shift duty is required on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday

This position will be under HOME+ e-commerce platform.
