Special Arrangements for Experiential Programme(s) (Dark Tour) Participants with Special Needs
Dialogue Experience offers a uniquely designed environment for participants to explore with senses other than their eyesight. It is our biggest concern that all participants experience darkness in a controlled and safe setting, we strongly recommend that all participants will comply with our rules and safety regulations state below:
The physically disabled

The hearing disabled

Hearing impaired He/She MUST BE accompanied by a qualified sign language interpreter. We highly recommend the sign language interpreter to try the Experiential Programme(s) (Dark Tour) in advanced in order to avoid influencing their ability on interpreting. In case the interpreter must leave the Experiential Programme(s) (Dark Tour) with any reason, the paired hearing disabled participants will be informed to leave together. |

Others
In order to provide the best experience and ensure the safety of all participants, persons with symptoms of hallucinations or auditory hallucinations, Schizophrenia or Multiple Personality Disorder are not suitable to participate in the Experiential Programme(s) (Dark Tour).
Persons with following conditions are also not suitable to participate in Experiential Programme(s) (Dark Tour):
i. Persons who are under the influence of alcohol;
ii. Persons who are under the influence of drugs;
iii. Persons who are unable to control their emotions.
iv. Persons who are not about to response to the tour guide in the Experiential Programme(s) (Dark Tour).
We regard the safety of all participants of utmost important, therefore cooperation from all participants is essential, prior notification from participants is required for our better arrangement. We reserve the right to terminate the Experiential Programme(s) / Dark Tour / any activity in the Dark, without compensation if the behaviors of participants are considered by the staff of Dialogue-Experience such acts may constitute threat harmfulness or adverse effect to himself/herself, other participants or our staff.
- The “Companion” shall not be a person in need of any special arrangement for himself / herself for the experiential Programme(s) / Dark Tour.
- In the event there is any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of this document, the English one prevails.
