“Everyone has the different ability level, and people with disabilities should be treated like this. They are only physically different from others. Therefore, people with disabilities, as ordinary people do, also have different difficulties. One of the most obvious difficulties for me, as a visually impaired person, is finding a job.DE Empower gave me an equal opportunity to find a job and gave me a platform for workplace training. In the first three months, I was required to attend different courses to learn different knowledge such as Business Communication. In this process, I realized that failure is the key to success. In the course of the work, failure was only a trivial matter. The most important thing is how to learn from failure and face the next challenge. The difficult thing needs to be challenged.
