Youth of Differences Ambassador (YODA) aims to transform the youth of differences into Inclusive Ambassadors to promote an inclusive campus. Ambassadors will experience a series of knowledge learning, coaching support, plan and execute inclusive event. These are expected to be benefited in terms of personal growth including enhancing self-esteem, self-image, and empathy.

1-to-1 Coaching
– Provide personalised coaching and support to their career planning, to foster inner growth by deepening self-understanding, as well as initiating mental, behavioral and emotional changes
– Be a coordinator between the ambassador and DIDF during internship
Inclusive Job shadowing in DIDF
– Give ambassador job shadowing experience and challenges under an inclusive environment
– Help ambassadors start their career planning
– Nurture a positive learning attitude and understand a real-life work culture
Inclusive Campus Project
– Design and execute an inclusive project at the ambassadors’ school
– Develop a suitable and proactive team-working model
– Experience real job pressure
