Upon the completion of a stringent CEO Selection process by the Board of Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation Limited (DIDF), the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Martin Szeto as Chief Executive Officer of DIDF with effect from 25 March 2024.

Dr Martin Szeto is an executive and educator with decades of global experience driving innovation, growth, and meaningful change. He currently serves as Professor of Practice in Corporate Governance at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, sharing insights on technology, strategy, and leadership.

Prior to joining DIDF, Dr Szeto held roles, including Chief Operating Officer at the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), where he led optimizations that tripled technology commercialization revenue. In corporate executive positions with multinationals, Dr Szeto consistently drove double-digit global growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and building high-performance teams. His extensive C-suite and senior executive expertise make him a seasoned leader of multifaceted cross-cultural organizations.

Dr Szeto succeeds DIDF’s former CEO, Mr. Louis Hou, taking on our mission to “Engaging People of Differences to create social impact”. By building on inherent strengths, he will lead DIDF in showcasing PoDs’ talent and promoting various inclusive projects of Dialogue Experience to foster continued success.
