Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation (“DIDF”) announced that Mr. Roy Fung has resigned as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director since 30 June 2023; Mr. Fung will continue to contribute to DIDF as a Member of the Foundation. Mr. Fung had served as Chairman of the Board since 2016, and we are grateful for his outstanding leadership and contribution to the Foundation over the period.

DIDF further announces that Mr. Chong Chan Yau was appointed by the Board as the Chairman of the Board, effective from 1 July 2023. Mr. Chong is a distinguished leader with an impressive background. He is currently a Board Member of Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation. As the co-founder of DIDF and the first Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2010 to 2016, Mr. Chong has extensive experience in non-governmental organizations. He is currently the CEO of CarbonCare InnoLab, and he was the President of Hong Kong Blind Union, Executive Director of Oxfam Hong Kong, being a respected leader in the field of inclusive environments. We are confident that he will lead DIDF into a new chapter of growth and success.
