Empower Manager

Responsibilities
  • Implement the strategies lead by Head of Empower (HE) to develop strategic relationship with local and regional funding sources
  • Responsible for effectively program implementation of Dialogue Academy, empowerment programs and other social projects including program planning, program deployment, program and impact evaluation, compliance to funders’ requirements, budget control, reporting and funding sustainability.
  • Support HE in developing new sustainable social projects in line with the mission of DIDF
  • Facilitate in sustaining DE’s corporate culture and rituals
  • Lead the planning and co-ordination with schools and NGOs to nurture iCampus initiative including Inclusion &Diversity and internship programs
Requirements
  • Resonance in Dialogue Experience (DE)’s mission & value to nurture inclusive society with diversity and equality
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in social work, counselling, business administration
  • 2-3 years working experience preferred
  • Experience in leading and organizing youth and children training activities will be an advantage
  • Social-work background and experience in NGO will be an advantage
  • Project management orientated with good interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in consulting services would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential
