Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Support finance team in daily functions, including handling expenditures, staff reimbursement and book-keeping

  • Handle accounting schedules e.g. bank reconciliation, prepayment schedule 

  • Assist in month-end closing and prepare regular monthly reports

  •  Work with different parties in solving finance-related issues

  • Support annual and interim audit

  • Perform ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting with LCCI intermediate or above
  • 1 – 2 years relevant experience in accounting
  • Experience in Oracle would be advantage but not essential
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
