Responsibilities

Support finance team in daily functions, including handling expenditures, staff reimbursement and book-keeping

Handle accounting schedules e.g. bank reconciliation, prepayment schedule

Assist in month-end closing and prepare regular monthly reports

Work with different parties in solving finance-related issues

Support annual and interim audit

Perform ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting with LCCI intermediate or above
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience in accounting
- Experience in Oracle would be advantage but not essential
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
