Q: How can I purchase the tickets?
A: You can purchase the tickets through our online ticketing system and settle payment via Paypal. Or you can call us / Whatsapp through 23100833 for the tour reservation. We will send you a confirmation email and please follow the instructions to settle the payment.
Q: Can it be 9 in a group?
A: Due to our special design of the dark tour and the safety rules, the maximum capacity of each tour is 8 people. You have to separate into 2 tours if you have 9 participants to join.
Q: I would like to join the Mandarin or English tour but there are no available time slots, what can I do?
A: Please call us / Whatsapp through 23100833 at least 3 days before the visit date. We have to check the availability on the tour arrangement.
Q: Are children and elderly eligible to join the tour?
A: All participants will join the tour in complete darkness and led by a tour guide. You will be seated in some of the scenes and a white cane is provided for participants to guide the path.
Participants must age 5 or above, while participants aged 5 – 8 must occupied by an adult. For elderly with a walking stick / wheelchair, please contact us for further discussion.
Q: What is the minimum size for group bookings?
A: Any group size of 16 or above participants is entitled to register as group.
Q: How to make the bookings for my group?
A: Please submit the group booking form online.
Q: When should I submit my group bookings?
A: You can submit your registration up to 6 months in advance and no later than 7 days prior to tour date. All group bookings are handled on first come first served basis.
Q: How many participants are allowed per tour?
A: Due to safety reasons, each dark tour is limited to max 8 participants per tour, including all children and adults.
Q: Do I need to wait long if my group size is large?
A: If you have more than 16 participants, briefing on accessible facilities as well as braille-writing workshop will be arranged before and after tours depending on time arrangement.
Q: Is there any complimentary ticket for tour organizers?
A: One ticket per participant (including tour organizers) is required for the dark tour. No admission fee is required if one just join the de-briefing without dark tour.
Q: How should I pay?
A: We accept bank cheques or bank-in:
• By Cheque: Cheque should be made payable to “Dialogue in the Dark (HK) Foundation Limited” and sent to “Unit B, 7/F, D2 Place One, 9 Cheung Yee Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon.”
• By Bank Transfer: please bank in our A/C 004-817-570914-838 (HSBC) and fax the receipt to 2310 0490 or email : firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: When is the payment deadline for my group booking?
A: For local organizations, full payment must be made 21 days prior to tour date. If the visit takes places without 21 days after the issue of invoiced, full payment must be settled at least 5 days prior to tour date.
For overseas organizations, please apply through email in advance for on-site payment request.
